Edward J. Barr, Esq. is the founder and president of
Marip. An international attorney by trade, Ed has worked
with high technology businesses and technology transfer
offices, as well as in academia. Ed also served as a
foreign service officer and managing director of World
Trade Centers prior to founding Marip. Ed retired as a
Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, serving for several
years with US Central Command.
Joe Figueredo is the Vice President for Business
Development. Joe retired from the Marine Corps in early
2010 and has nearly 30 years in the Intelligence
Community. Joe will head up the Marip Tampa office and
provide support to Marip's US Government clients
